Comfort Inn & Suites Arlington Heights - Buffalo Grove

The room was big and very clean. Location is convenient, they have tons of parking, and the staff are super friendly! The manager went above and beyond when I called back a month later with a receipt problem. Will definitely stay here again.

Last October my service dog and I needed a soft place to land for a bit and we couldn't have had a better place to be for the 2 months we were there. Everything there was just fantastic, from the front desk to housekeeping, the staff is amazing and the manager Jay deserves a raise. I give it 10 stars!

Probably the nicest hotel for the money in the area. Everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable, all the furniture is nice, you get a nice smart TV with all the good channels, they have fast wifi for free, a good free breakfast, the AC and heat work great, the employees are nice and helpful, and all at a good value. What else could you want in a hotel?

Great Hotel for the price. You will not find better one in the vicinity of 5-10 miles. Believe me. I’ve been at most of them. Big shout out to (Jay) at the front desk. Very helpful & friendly. Morning breakfast is just perfect & you should not be disappointed. Will definitely stay there again soon as our daughter lives 1mile away.

This is hands down the best Comfort Inn & Suites I’ve stayed at — honestly the best in the country in my experience. It was previously a Marriott property, and you can absolutely feel that quality throughout the building. The layout, finishes, and overall feel still have that Marriott standard, but now you get it at a much better price as a Comfort. The rooms were spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. Everything felt well maintained and professionally managed. Staff was friendly and efficient, and breakfast was great too. If you’re in the Arlington Heights / Buffalo Grove area, this is an easy choice. Marriott-level quality without the Marriott price tag.

Check-in is very quick, same as check out. You’ve to deposit $100 that get back to you, but they’re easy explaining it, which is a plus. Rooms seem to be recently renovated, very big and ample, very comfortable bed, and everything was spotless. There’s a little bit of noise if you’re in the first floor, from people coming in and out, but nothing that removes sleep. Pleasantly surprised by this hotel!

The Wingate by Wyndham in Arlington Heights has become our preferred accommodation for all our visits to the region. The staff consistently provides exceptional and professional service, ensuring a welcoming experience upon every arrival. We have had the pleasure of staying at this location on five or six separate occasions, and each time we are impressed by the remarkable consistency of the guest rooms. The accommodations are always maintained to an impeccable standard of cleanliness. Furthermore, the uniformity in decor and overall condition from one stay to the next is commendable and greatly appreciated. This reliability is a key reason for our continued patronage.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was extremely clean, which made a huge difference. The daytime supervisor was awesome, and the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety, and the pool was wonderfully warm—perfect for relaxing. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back again soon!
